The location of the resort is a great advantage. It is nestled near a quiet canal, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Guests can wake up to stunning views of the water below and can even relax by the pond. It is also conveniently located near famous attractions, such as the Amphawa Floating Market. the staff are friendly and provide professional service. Meanwhile, the breakfast options are delicious and offer a wide variety.

The use of single-use plastic items needs improvement.

Despite some small issues, I had a good xmas stay. The room was always clean and fresh, and the staff was friendly. The location was great, close to the river, which was nice to watch but also offered fun activities. I especially enjoyed the boat ride. The food was delicious, with plenty of options for breakfast.

There were some issues that made me disappointed. I was charged extra for a change of dates despite being told a lower price on the phone. Also, there was too much plastic waste, including single-use straws in drinks and plastic bottles for water. The air conditioning couldn't get very cool which made the room uncomfortable.

We loved the serene and peaceful atmosphere of this hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean with fantastic private balconies. The location gave us easy access to the local market and town. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the staff was friendly and attentive.

The location being a bit remote, as it required some travel time to reach the nearby markets and attractions. the resort activities were limited and not particularly exciting.

Quiet location by the river. Excellent rooms with comfortable beds. Lovely private terrace with canal views. Great food and helpful staff. Superb gardens and chic design.

We loved the location of this hotel, right by the river. The views from our balcony were stunning and we enjoyed feeding the fish in the water below. The design of the resort was modern and chic, with beautifully maintained gardens and canals. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. We particularly enjoyed the boat trip and the delicious breakfast, which had a good mix of both western and Thai options. a fantastic place to relax and recharge.

We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
